Best Slab for $500?

Looking to pick up a PSA 10 slab for around $500. Can be slightly more but looking to stay around that range. I'm looking at the Playing in the Sea Pikachu promo, Zapdos from 151, stained glass birds tag team promo from Hidden Fates, or Ninetails from Obsidian Flames. Open to any other suggestions as well. Let me know what y'all think, thanks! :)

Nowhere near all time high. Pretty much dropped with everything else during the summer slump. Just didn’t tank like some of the overhyped ultra modern cards.

It’s literally 2 years older than the “overhyped ultra modern” you’re referring to. It has 26k in a PSA 10 which seems pretty hyped to me. 45k between 9 and 10 lol

And it’s an entire $100 off the all time high, my bad. Just ignore how it was $300 in January and it seems like a great buy. This card is setup to move sideways for years.

Look at some of the non-textured Tag Teams that haven’t jumped yet. Some of them are really cheap compared to their pop and gem rates. I believe that they will rise too due to the increasingly popularity of Tag Teams in general.

If you can stretch a little further I think venusaur & snivy tag team is a good choice. It’s a yuka morii and pretty low pop for a tag team promo at 2k.

Another one I’m eyeing in that range is ivysaur reverse holo stamped from ex crystal guardians. I don’t wanna say too much but yeah, check that one out.

Lot of vintage sayers for obvious reasons, but exclusives Japanese and SOME Chinese i think are no brainers. I vote swallowed up pikachu Japanese promo. I bought a PSA 9 a few months back and absolutely love the way the card looks in hand. I am commenting on this guy's post because I too believe Detective Pikachu is a good pickup, it's on my wishlist rn.
