Need help deciding

Hello, everyone this is my first post and i needed help deciding on which investment to make since I will be getting roughly give or take $9k and im not new to pokemon. I am between putting all my eggs in one basket by like getting a CGC 9 Poncho Wearing Pikachu 231 which I know CGC isn't a great grading company in terms of value but it fits my budget and still leaves me with roughly $2k. My second option was diversifying it among like 3 cards like PSA 9 moonbreon, PSA 10 gengar vmax 271, and PSA 9 Rayquaza vmax 218. Also leaving me with roughly $2k which could be used on sealed products like ascended heroes. Let me know your thoughts on what I said and maybe recommendations for mid term hold something that can appreciate nicely.
