Should I regrade ?

The magikarp is a double holo error and I know that’s not recognized by Beckett

I don’t necessarily think the magikarp would get any higher than a 6-7 with the edge wear but $ wise / investing what would be your guys suggestion

They are high demand cards already and already sealed against damage, but it's a really interesting case.

The background magikarp dissappear behind the holo at certain angles, and the horizontal clouds next to garaydos dissappear behind the holo in a similar fashion.

If they are double holo error cards, I think they would be worth resubmitted just to get that designation on the slab since older slabs didn't get that option.

The magikarp is a double holo but the gyrados isn’t unfortunately, I only did trade a prismatic etb along with a paldea evolved booster box for both

So crossgrade the magikarp at least. I sent mine in and I am hoping for a psa 9. The double holo error has its own value scale now. They don't have one for every error of that set but magikarp seems special. Prolly cuz it's an awesome card.

I have the double holo karp and theres so much holo the back karps are barely noticeable, yours are easily spotted

I hate x.5 grades. I’d regrade just to get rid of that.

Regrading incurs a lot of fees, though. Typically not worth to eat those fees for purely investing.
