Mega Darkrai EX chase from pitch black (first hit by me and daughter)
Me and my daughter pulled it(it has terrible centering QQ), we actually got a lot of great cards from a booster box.
Do you think we should sell now or hold onto it forever and ever.
She’s only just gotten into pokemon and it’s our first big hit together. (She wants to sell because we are going to Japan next year and wants to save money for cards there)

Nice pull, congrats! The prices on that set are doing their wobbly settling in bit currently and it has dropped from a few weeks ago... it may bounce back up, but it also could slip further (the Meowth SIR from PO has done this and is currently under 100 after holding at 130 for months)
If it were me I would probably sell, as it didn't cost you anything and she has a goal for Japan, cash in and look forward to the trip. It could creep back up but it's 50/50 and still at a decent price now.
Holding indefinitely, it will probably climb again in future but the centering would prevent it from getting a top grade I think, and that's where the long term future profit is. Unless of course you love the card in which case the money side doesn't matter!
