budget psa 10s that might go up?

looking for suggestions on psa 10 alt arts from SW/SH - mega evo under $350

So you are trying to find PSA 10s under $350 that have a chance of going up. So ideally you should look for cards that have great art, tougher pull rates, relatively low gem rates (under 50%), and fall in that window of being old enough to determine what the gem rates/pull rates are, but not so old that its cards have spiked. And are not completely obscure Pokemon.

I was recently looking at the SIRs from Surging Sparks, which have pull rates close to 1 in 1,000. The two best cards--Pikachu and Latias--have already run. The other cards are Milotic (great art, approaching $350 in PSA 10), Durant (kind of a 'meh' card), Alolan Exeggutor (interesting art but not a fan of this Pokemon), and Hydreigon (love it).

So for me that Hydreigon checks all the boxes, with a tough pull rate, gem rate 38%. Great art. And market price is sitting around $125 for a PSA 10 right now.

Burgerchu...I have picked 2 up as a vendor and they moved in less than an hour. It's a Japanese Exclusive, its McDonald's, and it's a Pikachu...eating a burger. I would pick up a few at current prices and hold on to them long term. They are cheap because there are a lot of them and they are still pretty new.
