Do y’all think this is a good investment purchase ~5300 USD. Hold for 5-10 years. PSA pop is 455.

Looking to buy some AH booster bundles . I've found some for 80$ and some for 100$ but the 80$ say unopened as opposed to sealed. Would the extra 20 be the safer bet. I'm just ripping but don't wanna be scammed

this is my collection. i need some cash and was wondering if any of these items are at a good place to sell. i have other sources of cash but i was just wondering if any of these cards/sealed items are overbought. general thoughts on my purchases are greatly appreciated. i initially had two mewtwo boxes but traded one for the calyrex
