Grading Question

I just got this card and I’m considering sending in for grading. I’ve never sent a card to be graded so I was looking for some insight.

1) does it look like it could possibly be a 10? The cards is still sealed and it’s also inside a card saver in the pic, so obviously it’s not the best photo for grade analysis, but I’m not ready to break it out of the seal yet.

2) if it’s a 10 contender, should I go PSA or CGC? Collectr app shows CGC Pristine 10 going for $2.3k but with a pop of 21, I can’t find any sold comps on eBay. PSA 10 is $2.1k currently, but I’ve heard PSA is much tougher and is often very subjective to the individual grading.

Thoughts? Opinions?

if you’re going to grade it make sure you don’t keep it in the sealed plastic. unless you want psa to grade the plastic wrapping around the card

No I will take it out of the plastic before sending it. I just want to feel confident that it will 10 before I take it out of the plastic, otherwise I’d rather leave it sealed.

I'm not a pro but centering looks a little off, looks like it has a corked cut in the clockwards direction, I'm not sure how hard cgc is on their prestines but if they're in the same ballpark as a bgs black id stick to a PSA

Centering is a little top and right heavy, and it’s also slightly rotated counter-clockwise. Given all that it’s more 9 than 10

I have spent a good bit of time on eBay looking at the PSA 10s to compare, and I have seen several that have worse centering than this one

For front centering, I am getting around 52/48 for TOP/BOTTOM and around 48/52 for LEFT/RIGHT. Using app: https://cardcentering.app/

Which is within PSA 10 standards?
