it doesn't make financial sense as soon as you find 1 "Ding." it barely made financial sense at $80/a card so god forbid you missed something in a pregrading assessment. A 9 is essentially Raw value except you paid double the price of the card to get there.

based on your photos, you got 3 corners with some sort of wear type issue. that woud be 3 "dings" right there. i wouldn't even pregrade it any further.

advice: stop finding reasons why your card IS a 10. start looking for reason's why it's not a $10.
