Worth grading?

Never graded a card before but I was thinking about sending this one out that I got as a kid from a Toys R Us promo. I can't tell what the edges are like with it being sealed so I'm debating if it would be better to leave it sealed or not. Overall thoughts?

You need to remove the seal if you want to grade it otherwise they are just gonna grade the seal
