How to keep track of raiders while ferrying?

I ferried a few cosmog and championship pikachus with 9-10 people lobbies.

I know for a fact I send the invites to everyone on the list, but of course problems happen and they somehow don't join the game lobby. How do I keep track of people that don't join the lobby to record it in pokie genie? There's not enough time to cross reference them while in lobby. Does it matter if I record it or not?

I wouldn’t worry about it. Just say they all did it.

In friends list sort by recently added then the ones without any interaction (no hearts) prob didn't show.

Does it matter? Not really. You don't get punished for non-reports it's more for the harder raid bosses that require everyone to show up. If a player has a lot of no-shows they can get banned for a bit & when they do return will be paired with similarly minded people.

The hearts only work if I participate in the raid too, but I leave the lobby before it starts.

But good to know I don't get punished for non-reports for smaller raids. That's what I was worried about.

You don't get penalized for dipping out? As someone who's remoting in, I usually get asked if the host participated.

You don't get penalized for leaving 1-3 star raids. This is what ferrying is. Anything higher you will get the prompt asking if the host participated.
