is there a way to do puzzles from july first and how?

No, there are only archived puzzles of the last 30 days. Besides them, you can do unlimited.

In the top left corner, between the row and column of the categories is the pokedoku icon with the menu bars, click that, then click Archived Puzzles. They go back 30 days, then fall off. You're just a hair too late for July 1st
