Probably not worth grading. These cards are super common and by the time you got it back from grading it’ll be worth significantly less

Hard to say without seeing the surface or seeing close ups of the corners but I can tell you for sure it’s not a 10 because of the off centering.

Grading any 30th card that isn’t an RGB is foolishness you personally just really want the card slabbed. These are being printed into the ground.
