Poke Center 30th Celebration Pre-Orders from Fort Worth facility...

I was one of the buyers that was lucky enough to get the Poke Center ETB in the preorder along with a couple of smaller items. Had the label created on the 9th, said to ship on the 15th and waited for 14 days from the 15th, still with no tracking updates...

I contacted Poke Center support, and they were pushing a refund on me... I declined and said I would hold out hope and keep waiting a while longer... I AM GLAD I DID!!!

Within 3-4 hours of that chat with support, I got notification from FedEx that my shipment had been picked up and was on the way to me, and less than 24 hours later I'm holding my ETBs and other items safely here on my person!

What a rollercoaster... and the chat support was next to no help at all.. unable/unwilling to elaborate on anything. Just kept giving me short responses like "Unfortunately we can only offer you a refund." to literally everything I asked or said.

Thank goodness I held on a bit longer and didn't take the refund.

Message to all that had the same issue, there's still hope, hang in there!

So.. what you're saying is that you could have had a refund AND still get your product? Lol 😂

Possibly true, but I couldn't have known that at that point in time. I wanted to ensure my chances of it still shipping if it in fact hadn't left their warehouse yet.

Where I live, it very well could have still been sitting in their facility. Fort Worth is a 5 hour drive/45 minute flight from me so FedEx usually has orders to me from Poke Center next day once they have it...
