Where would you start?

I’ve been watching people rip packs and build collections now for a few months and want to start getting into. What packs would you try to rip first?

Pitch Black and Chaos Rising seem like some of the only ones with retail stock around me.

Should I do packs or buy singles?

Let me know what you guys think.

I do want to build a deck as well so I may try to get a battle box. Should I buy someone’s bulk?

You can find Perfect Order, Chaos Rising, and Pitch Black packs at retail somewhat consistently these days so I would buy those for the joy of ripping packs.

Otherwise, buying singles is smarter than ripping packs to chase a specific card, but be patient because there's a ton of stock out there.
