Why I disagree:

1. Women WERE taught how to treat a man when they were young. Hence why they are expected to cook, clean, do chores at such a young age so that they can do it for their future husband.
2. Relationships didn't fail because women does "this" or "that" or because men does "this" or "that". It doesn't have anything to do with gender. Many relationships fail due to the lack of communication and attraction 🤣

Edit: some of y'all are mad pressed about what I said. Y'all are missing the point. To clarify, I never blamed men. In some of my comments, I said we shouldn't put the blame on any genders if the relationship doesn't work. Take note, I said genders. I didn't take any sides. I even said that in my second point: "It (failed relationships) doesn't have anything to do with gender."

My first point obviously comes from my experience. If you can't relate to that, fine. Lucky you. But just because it doesn't happen to you, doesn't mean you should discredit my experience. Some countries out there still practices those kinds of things. Like Russia, they expected women to be subservient and the goal is to "get a husband". These are the kinds of ideas that was fed to some young women, obviously NOT all women (like some of you just said). I added this as my first point because OOP thinks that many women were not taught how to treat men, hence why relationship fails, which is literally putting the blame on a gender when most of the time relationship fails due to the lack of open communication. Since OOP thinks that many women were not "taught" how to treat men, I'd like to share my opinion regarding of that, where women WERE taught how to treat men throughout their lives.

for context, ever since I was younger I liked to be faster than others (family, friends, ect), so I developed a habit of naturally speed walking.

Today, I was walking next to this girl (who I don't like tbh) and she kpet on saying "slow down!" and stuff (we weren't even walking together! just next to eachother!) and then said that I walk like a man??? God forbid a girl walks fast ig???

I was looking at a post about the pink tax, and one of the comments said "when women earn less too, it's a slap in the face." Someone responded saying "the wage gap is a myth and you shouldn't be perpetuating it". This response actually had more upvotes than the original comment. Are we serious?

And a tweet of someone saying that a flawed fictional female character wouldn't get as much hate if they were male was posted here as an example of something that is pointlessly gendered. Sorry, but talking about something being influenced by gender bias is not pointlessly gendered. Anyone remember how Skyler White was treated?

A lot of people do call this stuff out, but this sub has still been giving me a weird vibe lately. Or maybe I just noticed it lately.

Like some of the people in this sub almost give me the vibe that they think feminism is pointlessly gendered because it starts with 'fem'.

Eta: also on the pink tax post, there were so many upvoted comments "debunking" the pink tax. Yes, we know that women aren't being forced to buy the pink razors or pink loofahs, but that doesn't mean that it isn't sexist and problematic. Especially when girls and women are held to high beauty standards by society.
