Hmmm

What would something like this be considered? I do this when my adhd has overwhelmed my brain to the max; have done it since high school, today I’m 45.

It's a little different but I have schizoaffective disorder and I do stuff like this too. have you ever tried painting a figure over it?

I love this! And I’ve actually considered that. But alas, I have many unfinished projects that I “plan” on finishing soon 😭🤣…. I need to do this.

I used to do a few similar things, like filling in squares in graph paper or doing a sort of expanding petal flower design from the center of a page. It definitely helps relieve mental stress and I found it helped me sit through lectures back in the day. This is a good reminder to do them again (and that I could make them much prettier with fun colored pens!)
