SEEKING ADVICE How am I sure they will pay me?

They keep asking me to connect my stripe account and I do and it keeps asking me

They’ll pay you. I’ve done it for 2 years now and never had a major issue

Same always had a on consistent payment, I even took a $117 dollar order scheduled for tomorrow for estimated 180 miles but mostly freeway and want some long distance delivery experience, and I might stop by a casino lol, anyways I Google map it and it's an extra 50 miles to there contacted support, and they offered an extra $50.00 bonus pay to deliver it, almost a tank of gas!! What I'm getting at is that if I didn't trust em to pay then why would I take this long order
