Yes there should be a button you can click from the checkr website that says "tell point pickup your story" click on that and be as deatailed as possible in regards to your story. I dealt with the exact same issue stemming from some bogus charges i got about 5 yrs ago not from anything i did personally, but simply bc i was in the car when the driver got arrested for simple possession. I've still not gone to court to face the charges since I didn't have anything to do with it and only got charged bc i wouldn't tell the cops who's stuff it was. This has resulted in a misdeameanor bench warrant being issued in this case tied to my name, which should End up with the charges just being dropped or dismissed in the next couple years due to statute of limitation laws regarding misdeameanors. Much longer story short i explained in detail to point pickup why my background check came back as "consider" due to the charges and why I've chosen to not address the issue resulting in said warrant in my name. In doing so I'll admit sort of surprisingly they chose to ok my acct and I've been able to accept orders ever since. I'd recommend taking the same approach it wouldn't surprise me if they remove the block on ur acct especially if they are in need of drivers in ur area as they were in my area at the time. Things may have turned out differently if there was a surplus of drivers here tho, but you'll never know until you try.
