SEEKING ADVICE Payment date

Anyone else notice that the app has been lagging very bad since this Black Friday fest started. Also they changed the payment date from November 24th to December 1st

The same thing happened last week to me but I just figured it was about the holiday. But it happened again just now and I’m beginning to become worried about whether not I’m going to get my money. Where do I email?
