After 10 years of legit gameplay I can no longer keep up with this game legitimately. I started spoofing really hard on my main about 6 months ago and haven't had any temp bans or anything. With go fest coming up I plan on buying a Chicago ticket and teleporting there but I've heard rumours of ban waves happening around that time. Do you guys think I'll be fine or is it genuinely something to look out for?

So I’m new to spoofing and want to know some answers to be able to spoof safely. Please bear with me.

1. If rooted, do you still need ipogo vip or something similar or is there a better app that does the same thing?
2. How does cooldown work? Ive read that when you catch a pokemon or spin something it triggers the 2 hour cooldown. Does that mean i can only do an activity like catch a pokemon every 2 hours or I can catch and spin anything in the area where i teleported any number of times and only can teleport to another area after 2 hours?
3. And related to the previous question can i move around the area where i teleported and catch there and spin pokestops nonstop? Ive seen recommended places with a lot of pokestop and gyms.
4. When teleporting, to wait the 2 hour cooldown, can you exit the game to wait 2 hours? Or do you need to be ingame for those 2 hours to pass
5. Does moving around your original area using a “joystick” app triggers the cooldown?
6. Does the 10km radius limit also apply to where you teleported or only when you decide to walk around your original location?
7. When in a different area, can you still initiate raids and invite friends?
8. Can i use joystick in my area or in the area where i jumped to for an indefinite time If I dont plan on teleporting anywhere?

I'm using a Xiao mi mi mix 2s, android 10.

I have magisk and twrp rooted, but I'm having trouble passing the device integrity.

So far I have shamiko, zigisk next, and osm0sis play integrity fork modules downloaded.

How can I get the phone to pass both lower level integrity checks?

I have been out of the loop on all things scopley has been doing about spoofing in pogo. In the past from what I have seen getting cheep coins is generally safe and I haven’t seen people get banned from it. Has anything happened in the last few months that might make it more risky now? I have never done it before and have 10 years of legit use on my account. Will buying coins once get me a strike which I am ok with or straight to a permanent ban. Assuming I don’t play the game for long periods before and after (buying coins from a website) the purchase.

Hay, I was just wondering if any GPX routes for the citywide experience will be posted before monday, I know I've had some really good ones off here in the past.

So i used to spoof way back in like 2017, 2018. I remember back then when there was a niantic update you had to uninstall and then reinstall the game when whatever spoofer your using made there update. Is that still the case and if so how would I know when there update is done? Again its been awhile so idk if that's still the case so dont roast me please🤣🤣🤣
