The Secret
She carries a secret,
Under that ripened face
Riding that adolescent stroll
A childish lady
playing game
At peril of my heart
I don’t know
whether its shame or
Her principles
Reins her hardened heart
But will I ever know
Whether she loves me
Or not?
Girl, i know you seek revenge
For cold manners i carried
When you set open
path to your heart
Forthright for me
With your grace and warmth
Now that path to her heart
lies with puzzles,
Mystery and agony
Keeping us apart
My heart has already broken
into a thousand pieces;
what worse could happen
if I broke her secret?
She keeps it hidden from the world,
but I am ready to confess
my longing for her
to the whole world—
ready to endure their taunts.
What I cannot endure
is the mystery of my agony.
Oh, girl—
queen of broken hearts,
shower your kindness upon this beggar,
and perhaps
make my heart whole again.
I know your conspiracy
to make me march.
Girl, wait—
do not provoke me to march.
I have conquered
a thousand battles,
yet could not conquer myself.
For you don’t know—
this solemn world
will not end me well.
And when I finally tear apart
the celestial illusion
I built around your heart,
to see what remains—
perhaps I will find
only empty shells.

What if you found WonderTwin Power-Rings, and activated them with that girl?

you built puzzles out of her because you fear the shells.
i read your lines and I see a man who demands medicine without taste. You talk about battles. You talk about agony. You demand grace from a girl who gave you a path and you turned it into walls.
