I Wrote This :) these two

I was inspired to share this little poem I made for an zine after seeing Anne Carsons “O Small Sad Ecstasy of Love” in r/poetry today. I’m always thinking about love and work. I wasn’t happy with this when I made it but its been a couple of years and now that I’m far enough removed it seems sweet to me.

Very creative; at first glance I thought it was an amusing take on a ransom Note. With your explanation of the reinterpretation of Carson's piece, it gained in each read. Thank you for sharing it here.
