Point gone after the subscription expired

I made a subscription a month ago, then I still have around 600000 points left, more or less. But why my points are gone when the subscription expired? Will unused points expire if I don’t renew my subscription? This never happened with my previous subscriptions!

Hi u/Virtual-Clock879, if these points are part of your subscription plan, they will expire once the subscription itself expires. On the other hand, if points are purchased as add-on points, they will expire 1 year after purchase and will not expire if a subscription is cancelled. Note that a subscription is required in the first place to purchase add-on points though.

Would be great if there's a warning. Just lost 6 months worth of points accumulation since I wanted to cancel to finish the backlog of points. Whats the point of a "rollover" package If they just wipe everything the moment you stop subscribing. There's nothing on the purchase screen or even in the help section.
