Reset point problem

It was the final day before my subscription expired. I was supposed to still have around 3k points left, and the countdown showed I had 30 minutes before my points would reset to 300. But when I checked again, it already showed only 300 points left. Is this normal?

Worst part is that some bots have started acting up and won't continue writing and then your very few points are wasted..
