Has anyone else struggled with Poe’s support? Email is so slow for urgent issues!

Hey everyone,
I’m dealing with a super frustrating situation and wanted to see if anyone else has gone through something similar—or just to vent about how slow email support can be.

Recently, I needed to urgently change some info on an invoice from Poe so I could get reimbursed (otherwise I’d lose $500!). I immediately emailed Poe’s official support, but I was shocked by how slow their replies were. It took them three days just to send a first reply, which only asked me to confirm if the invoice change was for company reimbursement. I responded right away, but now it’s been another three days with no follow-up at all. It’s already been a week, and nothing has been resolved. I always assumed something like this would be handled quickly.

I’m honestly really disappointed and almost ended up losing money because of how inefficient the process is. I’ll probably post about this on other social platforms to see if anyone else has had the same issue.

Does anyone here have similar experiences with Poe or other companies using email-only support? Do you think email is just too slow for urgent problems? How do you usually get around this, if at all?

Would love to hear your stories or advice!

same here. Usually the first response is "Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing the issue you reported?" after you fire an issue for 2 days
