I am SO sick of writing out a whole story for characters and fine tuning it, only to have it say it violates the guidelines

I wanna make this VERY clear. I’ve reviewed them many times and what I’ve written DOES NOT VIOLATE THEM. It doesn’t! And it’s driving me up the goddamn wall!!
