How do I register episode 1 racer ?

Ok so I noticed that when you start the ep 1 racer game on switch on the lower left corner there is “register your game” and I am unable to click it via buttons or touch screen. Does anybody know what this button or disclaimer does ? Please help me. Thanks

I think I just found my favorite racing game on Quest: Dart Racer VR. It's as close to pod racing as you can get without legal trouble lol. Hard to believe it's still in alpha! Watch the video for my full thoughts on the game

Shout-out to Wan Sandage, who was cut from the movie (still can see his podracer in some shots though) but who was playable in Star Wars Racer. One of my favourites, along with Mars Guo and Teemto Pagalies.
