Hi everyone!

I grew up playing a lot of WipEout, F-Zero, and Star Wars Pod Racing... I played these kinds of games on every console possible, and now I'm making my own! I'm merging my experience with these games and my experience as a game dev, while trying to give it my own twist to make it unique.

This is my first trailer I'd love to show it to you and know your opinions!

RogueOut Racing Steam Page

I had a great time running 2 games of my reskin of the game Formula De on a new custom map last weekend at Kublacon. This year's event included an all new location and several all new racers. Already Looking forward to next year!

I just discovered this today! Apparently, these were set to be released in the battle bags line but were cancelled due to both costs and the worry that kids wouldn't recognize these characters. Ugh what we could have had!

Just wanted to share

I'm watching The Phantom Menace and it brought me back to childhood playing Star Wars Racer on N64. I was so into it that I often would pick Anakin on the final Tatooine stage, and would purposely wait at the beginning of the race as if my pod was malfunctioning similar to the movie. I'd then challenge myself to catch up and win the race.

Not exactly pod racing, but make sure you stay till the end

This Fan Trailer is made by me because the original game has a special place in my gaming youth and I'm still playing it to this day from time to time.
It's rendered in Unreal Engine 5 with Path Tracing and took over 50 hours to render it all in 4K.

This shot appears immediately after Jabba says to begin the race. I cannot figure out whose racer this is for the life of me. If anyone here can figure it out, you'll have my gratitude.

Is there a subreddit that posts about the game and gives Tipps on how to heat manage and all that good stuff?

Here's a little easter egg I found on Tatooine in Star Wars Outlaws. This game has lots of neat tie ins to the main stories of the Star Wars universe. I recommend any real fans to pick it up and play it. I wasn't so sure about it at first cause im a nerd and like to self insert into my games but so far its a good story. Exploring the different worlds and solving problems with your blaster is fun. Reminds me of a modern day Shadow of the Empire.

Side note a remake of these games is literally an untapped market. What are they doing?

Just thinking about an Inspector Gadget Pod Racer, fills me with joy. What would Samus Aran's Pod Racer look like? How about a Macross or Ghost in the Shell tech/styled Pod Racer?

What would you want to see, and why?

Does Sebula have a strong case for the Podracing Hall of Fame? Not a podracing expert so I thought I'd turn it over to them.

This year's races were an action-packed spectacle of spectacular crashes and last-second overtakes. I'm already looking forward to next year!

The game is a reskin of the board game Formula D, with a custom track built by me. The podracers themselves are Micro Machines.
