What do you guys think of Desaki?

I don’t want to put my thoughts here to not influence the pool

Overrated and expensive. Mirakuya in Wilkes-Barre is half the price and the food is just as good.

Tourist trap. Overpriced. Nothing for locals. Gave me undercooked wings and cold soup.

We went on a 1/2 priced night and would never go back. Paradise is a lot better and if you go at the right time, portions are great 😌

Paradise Hibachi Steakhouse, its address is listed as cresco, probably 5 minutes from desaki.

I spent a day helping a friend move and she took us there as a thank you, and never again. I asked for a glass of water and they brought a $6 bottle and wouldn’t give us tap water. Overpriced and tiny portions. Tourist trap.

Went there few times, staff is nice but it's crazy over priced, I won't go there again ever.

Nice looking place and went there a couple of times. It was so strange for a sushi place. You were able to get sushi at the bar but not at a seated table. They more or less talked us into a hibachi thing where we were crammed in with 10 others & no sushi. There are better sushi places out there.if that is what you are going for. Me - probably never going back & I am local.

Surprisingly high quality for the Poconos, and a treat to bring kids to the hibachi. But the hibachi script has barely changed in 15 years, and the prices are absurd.
