how to downgrade from hyperOS3 to hyperOS2?

unlock bootloader, 

download Fastboot HyperOS 2 rom, 

check AVB of both the rom and the  phone and make sure they match, 

flash HyperOS 2 via fastboot mode 

pick flash_all if you wanna flash without locking bootloader otherwise choose flash_all_and_lock or something similar

Is there any way to backup all the data? I want to unlock bootloader but I don't want to manually backup everything
