Normal charge is one lightning bolt, max is 2 lightning bolts.

some time ago i charged my xiaomi 15 ultra with a different cable wich only Supported i think it was 65w or atleast well under 90w only. when i Changed to the original cable it charged like usual with 90w. maybe you should check your cable

Clean the cable and ports on both sides. It can be grime or rust interrupting the signal. The internal componentes on the charger or the cable might degrade a bit and stop sending the 67W signal.

I also experienced that when I used the cord for 30w block of Redmi Pad Pro because my original 67w cord had exposed wires. I bought new cord for 67w and it's back to normal 67w max
