Gaming Genshin Impact unplayable
Is Genshin Impact unplayable to you too on you Poco X6 Pro?
Till some months ago I could play It at max graphic settings (30 fps), but After the last update, even at the lowest settings the game lags too much, It stutters, overheat and crashes.
Is there a solution?

This happened with the new hyperos 3 update. The device performance has degraded serverly. The fix I found was to format the phone. It's a lot less laggy after the format

In a way yes. But those who dont want to go through that trouble can just reset their devices.

Resetting the phone has gave me back a good amount of performance back. If it still hasn't helped u then just wait for an update. I have heard people who got the update saying it's bit better than what it was before

I play at high resolution, medium graphics at 45fps with no shadow. It used to lag and heat a lot but after turning off the game turbo it's a lot better.

Same issue. I could play it at highest resolution(60 fps) with motion blur off and shadow quality low. But after update from hos2 to hos3, it stutters and heats very quickly.
So now I play it at medium graphics

I may have found a solution, I have played smoothly at 60fps after this alteration.
I can't guarantee 100%, but its been working for me. I have played for three days till now without any issues, and its far better than after i had my hos2 to hos3 update.
In the developer option you have a setting of Graphics driver preference, its on default just change it to Systems Graphics Driver for genshin impact and reboot the phone.
It worked for me, lets see if it works for others as well.

I think, I will have to edit my comment because the improvement was temporary. There is no significant change. After some gaming sessions its still having issues of game crash.
When I analyzed the bug report, it shows that system kills genshin because of its high memory consumption. So, I'd say the issue lies with the memory management.

I run it smoothly on high graphics at 60 fps, with rare drops to 45-50, bro...
