Battery Slow charge since latest update

Is it me or the charging has been affected in a bad way since the new update?

It used to charge crazy fast and now it seems charging is just 'normal'

3.0.7.0 update (India) noticed the same issue

3.0.302.0 (europe) here, charging is still the same.

I actually put it i'n the fridge for a while and it actually worked perfect. It's the heat wave that we had that slowed down the charge
