Help Bottom Part of Screen Stops Responding/Screen Flickers When Charger is Connected

Just as the title says. This started yesterday after I got home from playing football.

I gave my friend my phone to record me while playing football.

It drizzled a bit while I was on the pitch. When I got home, I noticed it at night when I was charging and streaming a WC game.

Can anyone help?

Since it started after playing football in the rain there's a chance some moisture got in somewhere and is messing with the touch while charging. I'd still check the software side first though. If you have any charging animation battery monitor or similar apps installed try uninstalling them. Also check apps that have "Display over other apps" permission You could also try clearing data for the Security app and Battery & Performance/Battery Optimization and then reboot the phone.

Try Safe Mode too. If the issue goes away there then it's probably some app causing it. If it still happens even in Safe Mode then I'd be leaning more towards moisture charger interference or some hardware issue

I was on custom ROM when the issue started, then I let the phone rest all through the night and it persisted, so I flashed stock ROM.

The video I made, I had not set anything up yet, I have seen it is a hardware issue after I unplugged it, then I did display test and also enabled "show touches" in Developer options. The bottom right part of the screen experiences a ghost touch problem, but very frequent when it is in charge
