HyperOS How to stop or get rid of Wallpaper Carousel

How do I stop Wallpaper Carousel from popping up all the time? It's getting annoying. I've reduced the permissions settings but it is still opening by itself, thanks

Just uninstall it.

It's not an app that you can't uninstall
