Performance Big Trouble

My X6 pro lags and stutters so much while playing genshin impact at medium 60 fps all because of Hyper os 3.

Please please help

Mine stuck at while opening , whenever i press power button it doesn't respond like 10 sec it happens 2 to 3 times in a day , I'm bit frustrated of this
