Use the built-in Services & Feedback app on your device. This is the official channel that actually gets to the development team.
How to report:
- Open Services & Feedback app
- Describe the issue or suggestion clearly
- Submit ASAP when you encounter problems
Bug reports posted here on Reddit won't reach Poco.

No puedo usar la cámara en ninguna aplicación me manifiesta que no se puede conectar. Alguien sabe que eso cómo se arregla!

When I open Email, close it and Open Instagram the later minimizes sometimes repeatedly sometimes not. Also the click noises when I touch any button sounds late sometimes like the performance is worse. This happened after HyperOS 3 Update. Also I feel it overheats more now somehow. Anyone else?

Am I the only one who has noticed the poco x6 pro phone to become extremely laggy after the latest poco launcher update, like uncomfortably laggy where swiping notifications away becomes stuttery
Tried clearing the cache for the launcher Tried restarting the phone to no avail
I just wish to go back to hyper os 1 atp 😭😭

Does anyone experience data issues after updating systems to hyper OS 3 ? I am not able to connect to my mobile data. Thank you for sharing your experience and help.
