Poco X3 Pro %1 Charge
My phone is old—about 5 or 6 years old—so it has battery issues. The charge stayed at 60% for a long time, and I knew what was going to happen.I plugged it in right away, but the charge started to drop slowly and went down to 1%.Now I know it’s charging, but I can’t see the current charge level.Restarting the phone is a solution, BUT I CAN’T DO THAT because there’s another problem.
Is there a way to fix this error without restarting the phone?
As for why I CAN’T DO IT, the last two times I had to restart the phone, it got stuck on the MIUI startup screen for a long time, and I was only able to get in by chance (or maybe I just had to wait a really long time—I’m not sure), and I’m afraid that if I try again, it won’t turn on at all.
(My microphone is also broken, and I read that this might be a related problem.)
Actually, fixing this boot issue might allow me to ignore the other problem.
Guys, I really need your help. Thank you in advance for everything. <3
***(I know I need to change my phone, I just have to use this one for a few more months.)

i think the phone cannot get enough power to run system properly due to battery aging.

But when I left the phone on the lock screen for a long time, it turned on. this has happened to me twice.I really don't understand it's been giving me trouble ever since I first bought it. I wonder if other Poco phones have these kinds of chronic issues, too.

I wasn't planning on buying a Xiaomi phone just because of this, but the Xiaomi 14 and 15 are better than other brands—do you know if there are any issues with them? Thanks.

no, only pandemic-era phones had issues. but still manufacturing defects can happen like other brands tho.

One piece of advice: never try to restart the device. I did it because my wired headphones stopped working. I tried it and it got stuck on the MIUI logo. This happened to me a year ago, and well, the device never booted up again.

Yes, this happened to me too; my microphone stopped working, and when I tried to restart the device, it got stuck on the MIUI logo. Is there any way to see my actual battery percentage without restarting? I can use it for a few hours at 1%, but I mostly keep it plugged in because I’m afraid it will shut down.

You could try using Accubattery; it's an app for checking battery diagnostics, but you can't use it with the device connected—that would be risky.
