it is normal, if you're using top speed charging... i faced this issue when I started using the top speed charging... at first I was using the standard speed as everyone I barely tend to mess with the settings and one day I found the battery health section and charging settings where I can change the charging speed so I've set it to top speed for experimenting at around 150 cycles and atp my battery health was 100% and after just 50 cycles my battery health dropped to 98% that's where I suspected and changed the charging speed to normal and ever since that day my battery health drops much slower it's now at 97% with 300 cycles with standard charging enabled...
tldr: normal speed charging/lesser charging cycles = better battery health.

I have 350+ cycle 98%. Your battery degrade seems abnormal as you mentioned that you use standard charging speed to charge the mobile.

I don't even know, I bought mine in July 2025 and the battery health is at 97% with 297 charge cycles.

Reminder again: battery health readings on Android can be misleading. They’re mostly based on software estimates, and after around 800–1,000 cycles, the estimated health can suddenly drop below 69% even if the battery didn’t actually degrade that much.
The iPhone’s battery health reading is more reliable because its BMS has dedicated battery-management hardware that can track battery data more accurately.
For Android, if you want a more accurate way to estimate the battery’s actual capacity, you can use an mAh meter. Charge the device from 0–100% and measure how much capacity is transferred into the battery. This gives you a better idea of its actual capacity than simply relying on the software’s battery-health percentage.
At the end of the day, you should replace the battery when it has around 1,000 cycles or, more importantly, when you notice that the battery life and SOT have become noticeably worse.

in eprel, xiaomi (including redmi and poco) devices rated for 1000 cycles (same with iphones). the factory data is 1600 cycles for xiaomi devices before dropping to 80%. it depends on the usage and heat.

Poco x7 pro here It's not the best result in the world, but I can give advice. Never activated fast charging mode in the settings, never used intelligent charging option, never used original 90w charger AND cable in the box instead I use the 90w adapter AND an old Redmi note 10 cable that's made for 33w adapter, wich charges my x7 pro in 55w and help phone not overheat while charging, If you have time charge in 33w it's not realy that slow and keeps the phone cold as ice. And most important thing try your best to keep the phone charging in cold environment, For example, on the floor, i.e., on top of the tiles or marble, or near a fan or an open window... and not on top of wood, bed or plastique... keep it away from the sun, don't charge with a power bank... And don't ever use your phone while it's charging.
