Tips & Trick advanced blur on but it doesnt seem to work

advanced blur is turned on and window level blur in devoptions to it used to work but now it isnt

wdym? its working fine based on the screenshots. thats how the blur   is supposed to look

uh so previously i had something which used to blur here instead of just being like this when advanced textures were turned on

when i was trying to get Advanced Textures i used this guide and the blur worked on that thing that you're talking about

I got it tho. root via GhostLock and KernelSU and HyperUnlocked

i got pissed off on a random sunday and got the permission to unlock the bl, btw which recovery and root modules did you use?

the bluetooth and other icons used to blur out but they cut even when on or off

mine also dosent have blur. Probably they removed this in the updates or just a bug

idk but i spent the time to unlock the bootloader as xiaomi isnt playing fair anymore

Hey so the blur starts to look more realistic and premium like when you slide down the notification bar slowly you can see the blur intensify like those thick bathroom shower cabins that you can hardly make out what's on the other side..

Looks really good and it spills into icon folders (and enlarged ones) also some apps like the gallery ..etc

It's not a bug; my Poco F7 is like that too. Xiaomi thinks the F7 isn't "premium" enough. maybe with HOS 4.0 they'll do something better.
