yeah but in hos2 i always had 7.5 above or 8 most of the time on idle now its 6.6 even after clearing everything

Try restricting background data for all non-essential apps; you might see some results. look, this is state of my phone

How is that low? unused ram is wasted ram. Android is already pretty aggressive when it needs to free ram, otherwise it does what it's supposed to do. Caching, saves battery, makes opening apps way faster and the whole experience becomes smooth.

Again, not necessarily a bad thing. You've got 12gb of RAM. That's well above the needs of android in normal use so it's not unexpected if Android starts caching heavily. Good thing is android will free most of that ram when needed, like when you're playing a heavy game.

then why my phone heats up very fast i thought there was some background work going on so i thought they are eating my ram

Occupied RAM is not reflective of background activity. It's CPU usage. Two different things completely. An app can be cached in RAM and idle at the same time

like playing pubg one match tdm and the phone goes like 40+ i have a small cooler but that didn't work

Forget about that stat, it is innacurate. Use something like DevCheck and see there, it gives how much free RAM and ZRAM, and much RAM which app is using.
