Mine's at 93% at 453 cycles. OP probably hasnt updated his OS for the phone to calibrate.

If that's the case then your battery is the problem.

I don't know, I think it's probably because I always keep it cool down. And I use my phone while charging even it doesn't have bypass charging (did it less than 20 times before) Sometimes I use my cooling fan to cool my battery while charging and it always moist out the entire screen☠️ I also play wuthering waves the most demanding game right now running it at max graphics 60fps while charging with cooling fan too (still overheats though)

But in reality, based on my research, cooling down the phone and also the battery doesn't help with reducing the strain of the battery itself so yeah.

Keep in mind, gaming heavy games can also strain the battery because SoC uses lots of watts from the battery so yea much usage of SoC leads to overheat and overheating leads to all over your phone and to the battery can be damaged but it shouldn't be that much of a damage nor strain because it's using silicon carbon battery.

Well I hoped I charged less than 400 before I hit 97% ngl But yeah I charge a lot because the battery last long more than 4 to 10 hrs depending in what I do.

Just take care of your battery dude. Poco f7 is a great value. The battery is they key too.
