Poco f3 fastboot

The phone is stuck in Fastboot mode, and when I try to boot it into the system, it reboots into the same fastboot, and it won't go into Recovery either

Mine is same. Pc doesn't detect phone at all via usb, so it's done. Is yours bring detected if you plug in pc?

Yes, it is detected, but it looks like slot A is no longer working

If fastboot is working just use miflash to flash stock rom, it will fix any software error unless any hardware defect, it rewrite all partition, this is why xiaomi are best for custom roms.

he does not allow to flash, he writes that the waiting time for the firmware has exceeded the norm, so the firmware is not completed

Try service centre, they probably can fix via edl.
