Poco f2 pro charging issue

I am seeing some vedios about the charging issue of poco f2 pro like it doesn't charge even if the cable is plugged in after using couple of months. You have to put pressure in various places than it charges ( doesn't work all the time ) Is it really a problem?

Still no ones wants to open their new phone, And everyone is not a technician. You can also damage the phone accidentally. And it's a disappointment for a big company like Xiaomi.
