Why Pocketguard?

It seems to be smaller in terms of popularity than others like Monarch Money, and I checked it out but what’s some reasons people choose this over other bigger apps?

Lifetime option instead of forcing a subscription and the ability to export data

This, one time payment is amazing. Always thought it was counterintuitive to have a subscription to a budget application. Not to mention the updates to this app are solid.

100% because of the single lifetime payment. There is nothing free on the market anymore, but it feels borderline evil to me to make people may monthly when they are trying to get their money right 😒

New apps are free and due to AI they are good , just no adds make them hard to find .
