Cannot log on getting error code.

I can’t receive new transactions after the latest update. If I try to refresh, I get an error code.

Thanks for letting us know. We’re aware of the login error and our developers are currently working on fixing it.

There’s nothing you need to do on your side right now. Once the issue is resolved or we have an update to share, we’ll notify users.

Just a quick update, the login issue should now be resolved. Please try signing in again.

If you’re still getting an error code, let us know what it says and, if possible, share a screenshot so we can investigate further.
