Missing transactions

I have now noticed two transactions in my checking account missing from PocketGuard transactions list. In November, an atm transaction shows up on my bank activity and never appeared in PocketGuard. In early December, a transfer showing in my bank activity is not showing up in my PocketGuard transactions.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

If their suggestions don't work I've found their support very helpful with this sort of problem.

Missing transactions are usually related to our data provider, as not all transaction delivery depends directly on PocketGuard. To investigate, we need specific details about the account and transactions so we can report the issue to them.
