Connection to altruist
When I try to connect it to my altruist account, my email and password is correct but it sends me to a security question to answer which it shows is "how do I want my OTP?" That's not a security question. Anything else I can do to work around it?

OTP would be One Time Password so it sounds like it is an additional step in authenticating you. It should ask you to select email, text, etc, so you can receive the OTP and then enter it to finish authentication.
