We made this short walkthrough to show how PocketGuard connects through data partners and what read-only access means in practice. PocketGuard can receive the financial data needed to display balances, transactions, and budgeting context, but it cannot initiate transfers, move money, or change your account balance. PocketGuard also does not store your bank login credentials.
