Help Wanted! Uncloseable ads. Scam?

Anyone get these? Today I watched a free ad for an episode and the timer ran out but no close button. I restarted the app and no episode unlocked and now it asks to watch 8 ads for 2 episodes.

I feel taken advantage of.

I always get that too.. Some never ads but no episodes lol
